we are looking for someone to owner finance or lease with option to buy after three years. Husband and wife moving to this location hopefully by November. We have horses and small livestock that will be coming with us from Illinois. we prefer out buildings if possible and fenced pasture. do not mind a fixer upper within reason.
we are moving to this area so that we still have the four seasons, and close to my mother who is ill and step dad who has dementia. they live in Florence and I just returned from a months visit and my assistance is desperately needed.
