Here I have finally decided to sell my Baby, she's an '03 VW Passat 30v V6 4Motion; CLEAN TITLE, NO COLLISIONS, Well Maintained, 2nd Owner [First was a Bishop at PHX Catholic Church], 1 Moderate Repair needed otherwise she's clean as a whistle! Unfortunately for me, sometime late Dec. xxxx I came out of a Trader Joe's to find a sizeable Puddle of Gas beneath the Rear Driver Side door. Too afraid to start it, we called the FD who secured the leak and had it towed home where it has been sitting since. After taking it to Peoria VW for a diagnostic we have learned [although the EXACT problem has not been found] of the 9-10 little things it could be, the Absolute WORST Case scenario is a Full Gas Tank replacement. QUOTED by the Dealership after Labor & Taxes will be around $1,500 to replace. The car Starts, Runs, & Drives w/ an Ice cold A/C! Other than the bad hip, this Dog Still Hunts! She has Under 75K Mi. & is beyond Early for her second wind. I was VERY reluctant to post because I still have some hope that I can afford to fix her by the New Year, SO that being said; NO LOWBALLS!! SERIOUS OFFERS ONLY!! I KNOW what She's WORTH! She's treated me Very well over the years, Too well in fact, & I have NEVER had any problems with her other than this unfortunate event last year & ONCE 2 years ago when [what I think was a rock] popped up & punctured my Oil Pan, which I replaced through Peoria VW and have papers [Available upon request] to prove it. All in all she's a Very comfortable, Very Smooth, & Very Fun ride.
