New Motor, Bottom end reground crank with new oversize rod bearings. New Modern Main Bearings and Seals.
Top End New Modern Valves, Guides, seats, resurfaced (decked) and Blueprinted all other components carefully checked or replaced. New .040 Pistons Rings wrist pins etc.
New Transmission including gears and gear bushings, shafts checked for runout, new modern bearings and seals.
New electronic Boyer ignition, and solid state Voltage regulator.
New MKIII adjustable motor mounts and new swingarm bushings.
Wassel SS High pipes and Supertrapp Stainless muffler.
Powdercoated frame and components.
Mikuni Single Carb conversion. (one Kick Starter)
New Dunlop Tires, tubes etc.
New Chain and Sprockets, Cables.
Wheels Spindles and Chrome spokes with many Modern sportbike components includes brakes, braided lines etc.
Harley FX front end including Triple Tree, Forks, Brakes.
H-D self cancelling Turnsignals (LED) and digital electronic Speedo, Tach and new wiring.
Paul Dunstall Fairing (new windshield) Lowline Tank, front fender, with a Gus Kuhn Numberplate Tailpiece. Special Leather Pad seat, and rearsets.
The electronic speedo will need to be calibrated. Instructions are included.
The electric starter motor is not included and has been blanked off, but includes all the gears and components to make this electric start should you choose. (Hitachi Starter motor is the bolt on replacement for these anyway).
